What are they needed for?
What's the difference?
People love alcohol infused fruits, and fruits with alcohol filled pipettes just waiting to be ingested, but Texas has regulations in place regarding who can legally sell and distribute these products.

A TABC is required for any individual serving alcohol, is fairly cheap and easy to obtain.

A mixed beverage license is required for a business or establishment to sell alcohol,
​
Infused fruits can be sold with a TABC license, Fruits with alcohol filled pipettes require a Texas Mixed Beverage License.
